How We Started Our Journey of International Day of Yoga 2022 :
This year is very special for all of us. We are completing 70 years of diplomatic relationship between Bharat & Japan.
As we know, Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of independence and the glorious history of it’s people, culture and achievements. So we planned to celebrate International day of yoga under the theme of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
We celebrate the International Day of Yoga every year, So approx. 1 month ago, we planned to make it different, this time we planned to interact with our yogi & audience for a long time, & aim to include Yoga in their daily lifestyle. We want that Yoga should be a part of everyone’s daily routine & lifestyle.
So we planned to make this as a routine, that’s why we conducted the more than 75+ yoga classes on various themes of Yoga.
The Planning & Execution of International Day of Yoga 2022
As per the plan, we started our journey of IDY 2022 celebration on 22nd May 2022 as the curtain raiser event & it continued till 21st June 2022, & We were never late or missed any yoga classes.
We aim to get Yoga into our attendee’s daily lifestyle as a routine, & we feel delighted by seeing the efforts of our audiences. They joined more than 95% of classes daily.

Challenges We Face to Execute The Whole Event of International Day of Yoga 2022
Different Time zones :
As we think, this wouldn’t be easy for us to execute the 75+ yoga classes on various themes worldwide with the different time zones. Our event participants & teachers are from multiple countries, some are from USA, UK, Russia, Japan, India, Australia & many more. So it was quite difficult to manage the classes with fluently with the different time zones of various countries. Our backend team handled it very well with their dedication & enthusiasm.
Regular Social Media Posts :
Our marketing team updated our yogis on time with the correct information by posting the regular social media posts of upcoming classes. Also they personally connect them through Viber, Line & WhatsApp to keep them updated very well.
Various Language Interpretation :
We get connected with the best yoga teachers worldwide, & our attendees can’t understand the multiple languages, So we allot a proper interpreter for each and every session to translate in Japanese & English.
Behind the scene struggle & hard work, You should not miss:
