Tokyo, Japan July 22 2023 – Patanjali Japan Foundation (PJF) successfully conducted the Overviews on Kriya (Neti, Kapalabhati) – Live & Interactive Session.
It includes the overviews and demonstrations of Kriya. During the captivating event, Rajiv sensei wowed the audience with his extraordinary demonstration of Sutra Neti and Jal Neti. With remarkable expertise and poise, he showcased the ancient art of Sutra Neti, deftly guiding a soft thread through his nasal passages to cleanse and invigorate the nasal cavity. Following this, Rajiv sensei seamlessly transitioned to Jal Neti, using a neti pot filled with warm saline water to cleanse and purify the nasal passages with ease.
The session was presented by Rajiv Sensei and guided by Dhanashree Sensei. This live interactive session has additionally been telecasted on the internet through Zoom & YouTube Live.

About Shatkarmas (Sutra Neti & Jal Neti)
Shatkarma, the set of six ancient purification techniques in yoga, includes Neeti and Dhauti Kriya, both of which hold immense significance in promoting physical and mental well-being.
Sutra Neti and Jal Neti are two ancient yogic purification techniques that hold great significance in promoting overall well-being and spiritual growth.
