It includes the various frequently asked questions, launching of our new Knowledge Base Platform for our users for free & detailed explanation on ‘Why Yoga Is Necessary For Kids (Deep Research & Analysis)’.
Also this live and interactive session was telecasted on the internet by Zoom platform & Facebook Live.

Why Yoga For Kids & How It Helps in Children's Growth ?
As we know yoga is an amazing practice and lifestyle for people of all ages. However, the style & yoga poses of one’s practice changes depending on one’s age and specific needs.
Yoga asanas for kids is a best way to improve your child’s physical and mental health. The great part about yoga is that your little one doesn’t have to have any special skills or any prior knowledge to practice it!
Isn’t it simply amazing? But, once your kids start practicing carefully handpicked yoga poses, yoga will be a way of life for them.
Children, in particular, can greatly benefit from a regular yoga practice for many reasons. These benefits include but are not limited to:
