This 60-minute webinar includes demonstrations of kid-specific breathing and centering tools to help kids calm down, focus, chill-out and relax. Techniques to regulate energy levels will also be demonstrated – learn how to uplift and energize tired, sluggish kids, and harness/release excess energy when kids become silly or fidgety.
