These are the most important practices of Yoga and the aim of Yoga itself. When you have a clear vision of your goal, your practice leads towards the goal.

Our all guest speakers are Highly experienced in Health, Ayurveda & Fitness Industry .
Varada Sensei is a well known face in Authentic Yoga industry. She has various advanced yoga certifications from the prior institutions. She learned Yoga at the age of 14 and practicing for more than 18 years individually. While working in the corporate world, realized the stress, importance of heartiness and recognized the need of mind and body balance.
Started teaching Yoga to friends and gradually expanded to social community. Varada Sensei also a certified Yoga Teacher & Evaluator YCB Level 3, Yoga Therapist YCB level 2 under Ministry of AYUSH Govt. of India, & Yoga teacher for Cancer Rehabilitation and recovery.
