May 1, 2022 – [Me-byo day] At Biotopia Me-Byo Valley , Oi town, Kanagawa, The year 2022 marks the 70th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Diplomatic Relations between Japan and India.
On the occasion of this event Embassy of India, Tokyo conducted an amazing event at Me Byo Valley, Kanagawa Prefecture. This event was conducted in association with Biotopia and with support from the Kanagawa Prefectural Government at Biotopia.
Patanjali Japan Foundation also participated in this event to promote authentic yoga culture in Japan through proper yoga asanas & pranayamas.
Our Contribution in Event
At Me-Byo Valley, Kanagawa Prefecture, Patanjali Japan Foundation conducted the 2 special session, that was led by our chief Sewa Officer Ashutosh Sensei.
Also Mr. Ashutosh sensei advised all attendees to disease free lifestyle with “the power of water” and a stress-relieving breathing exercises (Pranayama) in yoga session.
During the event Ashutosh Sensei performed 20-minute demonstrations of Yoga twice in collaboration with the Tabla performance by Mr. Kazuto Sashihara. The harmony of breathing techniques and tabla heals the mind and body creating a serene atmosphere throughout the venue.
